Far from the showroom,
touched by decay's sea change
-an art object found?

Face lit red as an apple
Foolishness repaid

Haiku: To That Special SomeoneI never had one.
But if I needed to choose,
my best friend is you.

Even when I’m sad,
your cheerfulness and whimsy
always make me smile.

Taking the somber,
you make it a comedy.
I can’t stop laughing.

Soft melodies drift.
I hear your words through head phones.
They rest in my heart.

Every chance meeting,
greeted with smiles and a hug,
gave me so much hope.

My first one true love
was given, taken, and killed
by the author’s pen.

Long branches reaching

ancient and immortal soul

I've been one of those 22 sweaty men often in my life. Every time I'm on the pitch is one of the best! So I can't agree with the comments, but to each their own eh?
