entry for =MSJames's spring haiku contest.

spring is the time when the students start their new year at school where they will meet new friends and is also the time when the older ones will graduate and go their separate ways.

yet, as the title implies: they will meet again somewhere and somehow. likely, under those sakura blossoms.

edit 19042007: contest is closed. see all entries here:pointr: [link]

Daily DeviationMeguriau by ~moyanII is a lovely haiku about spring and love, written in the original Japanese and translated into English. Just a line long, it's packed with meaning and is perfect for the season. (Featured by `lovetodeviate)

the definite article 'the' makes this scenario more specific and personal. guess i'll keep that.

I love haiku that speaks to me beyond what's obvious on the surface. This is beautiful! :aww:
Good luck in the contest! :)

Always look on the bright side... there's more light there and it's easier to find stuff.
Probably my favourite haiku in the contest.

It's simply beautiful.
